Description
Okay...so I decided to recolor this piece to bring out more of the form. I added some blue to the shading and gave the image more contrast. However, I decided to submit it as a new piece of art so that people can compare the two and see the changes that were made ^__^I was having issues viewing this so I reuploaded it.

Stunning! It's like an illustration of an alternate reality Genesis myth; you can very nearly feel the heat of a thousand suns being born in that glowing flare. Exceptional work!

I love her face, and the lighting on it! It's a beautiful piece, really. I have to wonder though-is the light coming from her chest, or going towards it? Excellent work.

It looks more to me like she is giving of herself...giving something that is vital in her to something that needs it. We all do that, when we extend ourselves for others, or when we make a sacrifice, or even when we just give someone a smile that looks like they need it. And on a much grander basis, when we give our lives to others-to the service of others or for them in the literal sense.
