Hahhh fail coloring. But its okay.Meeeet Ravyn, Vale's Umbreon sister and Cupcakes RIVAL dundundun.
Im going back to just pencil drawing after this one, Colored pencils are too much effort.

This is so damn CUTE! I love how, you think a umberon would be kinda made looking since it's dark and all, but she's so happy and stuff!It's adorable. I think this is very good, I know colored penicls are alot of effort but alot of people like this style here, so keep that in mind sweeite. I love her hair alot, and the ears. It's so damn cute! Im sorr I repeat alot. I also think the bg , it dosent take away form the draiwng much, and it's a cute desing. I think if you xdo more of these types of, I think thier called Ginjinkai's? Sorry if I misspeeled and or am wrong, but mabey you could do the whole Evelotuin thing, that'd be very cute to see them all hehe!

I personally do not like this piece still, To me the coloring is sloppy and I know personally I can do better. I'm glad that people see that though and can still enjoy it~

I actually quite adore this one . . . You blend the colours in very nicely.
And the bangs are very cooly drawn, I like them a lot~!!

Blahhh it's very hard to make black work with colored pencils. The reason i dont like this is because it doesnt have enough.. depth to me. Its just so BLACK and doesnt have the detail that can come from using colors. Thats just how i feel though :c

I agree, it is very hard with black because it's just so . . . lol, for lack of better description, BLACK.
And I know, when I was still doing traditional stuff, I rarely used black in my artwork.
But I still think that you did a good job. Maybe just try using a very dark gray next time, perhaps?

I just layer color over color very slowly as i shade. Each part has atleast three colors layered in there (except the black cause it sucks)

it just takes sooooo longggggg. ;_; Colored pencils take hourssss where as just my pencil work take 1 hour tops and then whatever little time used to edit in photoshop etccc.

lol ok try this then if you think thats bad..
il use the val pic i did for example
i took about 30 minuites sketching beccause i kept failing the anatomy, i finally got a pose i liked and i got up to leave for just a few minuites it turns u tmy computer got unplugged and went dead while i was gone and diddnt save it
i spent like 10 more minuites and got a different pose oh him laying down
i spent 4 and a half hours straight trying to get all of the lines straight and starting over about 6 times because of more anatomy issues til i completely changed the pose again 2 more times and came up with the one he has now
i colored it in with first layer colors and took a break, yesterday at my friends house i have her as a witness because she sat there and watched/fell asleep while i spent 6+ hours straight coloring and shading it
overall it was about 10 hours and 40+ minuites to do the one you see now in my gallery
lD....theres a good reason why i dont do that style very often...imagine when i include backgrounds...

Oh for sure i believe you LOL.
My DIGITAL art attemps are all quite like that, which is why i dont do it very often. It takes me FOREVER to do anything digitally, which is why i mostly stick to traditional means.
