This is almost the same for me too, over half my friends on DA are more active on Tumblr

oh god, I don't even want to be HALFway reminded of that fact...

But sometimes, I don't know if DA has half the community Tumderp has
also sorry for super late reply blargh

Looks like your response wasn't HALf as late as mine, but yeah, tumblr has an absolutely gigantic community

Unfortunately, half of them seem to get offended very easily

the other HALF seem to have a desire to offend people

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-04 09:45:35 +0000 UTC]
And there's a small percentage out of those two halves that are great people

I would HALF to guess that at less than HALF of them can rationally handle spoilers though

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-06 07:13:24 +0000 UTC]
That comment holds true, because the snk fans that have only read half the manga get quite worked up when a new chapter gets posted and spoiled for them.

I share that sentiment, as I've collected half a folder worth of those

as have I, but over HALF of them are on my previous laptops that have giant cracks HALFway across the screens

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-09 10:54:30 +0000 UTC]
I guess I've been lucky then, as less than half my devices have been cracked so far
and hopefully it stays like that .w.

It took my Ipod touch (1st gen) nearly 5 and a HALF years to get a crack, and gawd dayum those 1st gens are durable, it took getting ran over by my mother's honda odyssey to finally get a hairline crack, my skullcandy headphones, however, didn't stand HALF a chance, snapped clean in HALF

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-12 09:29:06 +0000 UTC]
For an apple product, that's wayy over half as durable as I've known them to be, I feel that the older gen Apple products are more durable, but they still don't even half match up to a Nokia

Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-11-12 18:58:04 +0000 UTC]
speaking of which, I just got a Nokia go-phone a month and a HALF ago

That sounds good, as mine managed to survive many falls, but couldn't survive a fall onto a piano that was half the distance of its other falls

Taking a phone out of the case for a long while has an almost half resemblance to holding a newborn child

super cool titan art btw

thx, practice makes perfect, or in my most recent post's case, it makes a HALFway broken wrist

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-21 12:09:02 +0000 UTC]
I hope your wrist isn't half as bad as it sounds, and hopefully you can build up lots of wrist stamina after even more drawing >w<

it's better now, luckily going over with pen takes way less than HALF the original drawing time!

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-24 01:39:42 +0000 UTC]
That sounds more than half as good as lining with a tablet pen. Sometimes, I can't even get the lineart done in under half an hour because i'm so shaky.

Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-11-24 17:12:24 +0000 UTC]
I can't draw HALF as well with a tablet, I can't get used to looking on a screen instead of down at my hands, I'd have to get something like that wacom cintiq to do anything that's HALF decent

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-25 09:34:34 +0000 UTC]
I think it took me over half the possible average time to try and get it right, I suggest drawing on something similar to an ipad to start off with.

Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-11-26 02:44:19 +0000 UTC]
I actually have a wacom bluetooth pen for my ipad mini, I haven't taken HALF the time to draw too much with it, however

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-27 11:00:07 +0000 UTC]
I suggest that you should try and halve the share of drawing that you do digitally and traditionally, it helps a lot!
π: 0 β©: 1
Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-11-27 16:40:58 +0000 UTC]
I suppose I should try to do that, I just wish my Ipad that I can use wan't HALF the size of normal paper
π: 0 β©: 1
SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-11-29 09:48:07 +0000 UTC]
I know that feel, however, developing the skill to only draw on half the size of an A4 sheet could be useful eue

maybe, but after HALF an hour of attempts, I'm feeling constrained as hell

if I can find the proper 4a batteries soon(to power the pen), than I might take HALF the time to try
π: 0 β©: 1
SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-12-01 07:43:45 +0000 UTC]
Hopefully those batteries will last over 5 and a half hours so your drawing session isn't interrupted >w<
π: 0 β©: 1
Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-12-01 18:41:52 +0000 UTC]
hopefully all the wait for the batteries won't end like that, but in the meantime, there is an Imac with a bamboo tablet that's used less than HALF the time that anyone is home, maybe I'll try that out for now
π: 0 β©: 1
SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-12-03 11:44:51 +0000 UTC]
That's a good idea, but if you don't practice often, it'll take half as long to get a hang of the tablet
I found it pretty hard tbh ;w;

I recommend Tokyo Ghoul if you haven't watched it yet >w<

Spazzpants In reply to SummeryMints [2014-12-08 20:24:47 +0000 UTC]
I have been looking for an excuse to draw Tokyo Ghoul for at least HALF a month now, I'll have to start on paper, because as it turns out, I got the wrong batteries, ughhhh...

SummeryMints In reply to Spazzpants [2014-12-09 06:41:47 +0000 UTC]
At least drawing on paper so far should have given you at least half the experience needed for a tablet, and drawing on paper really improves your skills for tablet art and stuff >w<

After looking at it, I must say that it's far more than half as good as my first attempt, and you good sir have done very well for your first time.
my first digital is buried in the depths of hellmy old account never to be found again

I think it was okay considering the fact that I didn't use any reference photos, which well over HALF my art usually comes from...
