Cheyenne arrived to Onyr to visit her daughter and grandchildren. She had only seen them once; a few days after their birth so she was excited to see how much they had grown. However, she was in for a surprise when they were nowhere to be found.
A bad feeling was growing in her stomach until her worried eyes fell upon a familiar coat; Erebus. He probably didn't even remember she was his grandmother but nonetheless she needed to know what was going on. The young male explained Siri and Ivor had left the pack not long after the pups became juveniles. Janus had left on his own a few days earlier, but Erebus was left behind in the end. Not only that, but Asger - who promised to look after his sister - had left as well. Cheyenne couldn't believe what he was telling her. Onyr was supposed to be her daughter's new home. They had promised to protect her, but she didn't live there anymore so how could they? Sure, she still had Ivor with her, but this wasn't at all what Cheyenne had signed up for. Her poor daughter...
Not wanting to leave Erebus alone with the Onyrians who had tricked her into her daughter's arranged marriage, she asked him to come with her to Veda, but he refused. Onyr was the only home he had ever known. Realizing she couldn't make him, Cheyenne had to swallow her guilt and feeling of failure as she turned around and left Onyr's territory.

This was made quite a while ago which is why it's still summer and Erebus is in his late juvenile stage and therefore not fully grown xD I believe he's taller than his grandmother now.
