After weeks, maybe even months of work .. Brennan Massicotte & Sam Mulqueen (Exntrik aka BrennanPM & myself) introduce to you our love-child, Vulcan's Fury!Ok, so this baby took a little longer than we expected, partly because life got busy but also because we kept thinking of bigger and more ambitious compositions. But at the end of the day, the result is something we're both momentously proud of!
I'll elaborate on all the details about the collab and the process in a walkthrough later, we have plenty of progress shots so I figure it'd be good to put them to use, but until then sit back and enjoy the view.

It's been such a great experience, and though I'm glad we've finally finished haha I cant wait to work with ya again mate.

This one is incredible, and along with that, it's basically flawless. The only troubles I see are the planet's atmosphere, the moon as well looks well far forward then it should, and the landing fireball may need a few more distinct flying embers. On the other hand your cloud work is excellent, and your improvement in nebula creation is excellent.

ALthough the image looks a lil cartoony, and the vulcan looks flat, I still think the image is incredible, with lots of energy and chaos.

Awesome shit. I love how everything looks toasty and volcanic and just not so nice to live.
My only nitpick is that landing fireball...something about its placement and the explosion of its landing seems off somehow. Just doesn't look like a meteor just crashed...looks more like a crooked volcano or something.

I'm at a 1024 x 768 screen. WHen i look at the img, i have to scroll to the right. So basically i can see half te image at a time. I like the two halves seperately, but not together. THere seems to be too much going in the img as a whole i tihnk.
