Thank you both. It's similar to ink and watercolor over a photo template. This effect was achieved by layering different treatments of the same photo, then attempting highlight the desired affect.
Since it's not injecting parts or elements of any other photos, it doesn't really qualify as a photo-manipulation. I put it, and will put most of this stuff, in scrapbook, etc.
