Spoilers kinda~ But this probably won't be their final designsBut who are they? Charlie and Sophia Morelli-Rios. (they're fraternal twins, duh)
Anyway, they both inherited a few things from Trickster as well ^^ And Soph has natural heterochromia, it has no special powers haha
Here they're a few years out of the academy! Aren't they cute?

There's a medical technique in the works now where doctors can take bone marrow cells of one parent and make it into a 'sperm', then fertilize the other parent's egg with it. Pretty awesome, right?
