To clear everything up with everyone: This is actually a friend of mine! She went to Japan and took a photo of her friend she went with. I could see fi I could contact her and ask though about how she made it. ^^

I would very much appreciate that... It's one of the biggest issues I have on most Flan's, the hat never comes out right... I want mine to be just as good as this one.
