creative tittle, huh? sooooo origional

just something i was working on, one for some more practice with backgrounds (actual backgrounds, not just some flimsy-easy-to-do-photoshop-cutout-bakcgrounds) and because i wanted to draw something i didn't normally draw
so, out of all that, comes a cute little sea creature, whom i am assuming was recently born and is just seeing what bubbles are. clearly he's happy about it!
please, don't bother asking what he is he's some sort of imaginary-something-from-my-stupendiously-outrageous-mind-that-has-no-limit-for-creativity.
