"She didn't want to be a medicine cat?" he asked.

So I am not the only one...

okay, you have to see that there are actually TWO cats here: Jaypaw and Cinderpelt/paw/yeah...

So much symbolizim here ^^ Jaypaw is on the left, and Cinderplt is on the right. Jaypaw's background is dark, like his ambisious nature and view of his life. On Cinderpelt's side though, it is lighter and happier, acceptance for her life, if you will. They are, however, different from their backgrounds (ie, Jaypaw is light and Cinderplt is dark).

The idea behind this is that niether of them chose the path they both walk down. Jaypaw thinks she didn't want to join the medicine cathood like himself. As we all know, she enjoyed it, though she, like Jaypaw, longed to be a Warrior.

So they are one, yet they are not. The same path, different outlooks.

I love them both!
