this is my earlier peice, so i didn't use any brush. each strand was drawn using pen tool.

it actually helps. for the most part i usually make the hair one solid object. but i wanted to start adding more detail to it, just to make it more interesting. it really does help. thank you so much.

this is probably one of the best vectors iv seen. the hair is absolutely stunning. and i love the whole style of it. i love how the layers are a tad offset, with a transparency. it adds a very nice touch.
