Taralynden in FF.net is writing this amazing Prowl/Jazz fanfic: Story of a lifetime [link]She gave me permission to do fanart based on her fic. I won't spoil the fic here, I'll just tell you to read it if you haven't already done it. It's a little bit unusual fic about this pairing, but it's really good.
Nobody will notice it probably, but I actually took reference from the War Within and Megatron Origins comics. I am afterall a comic geek. Oh yeah and I'm quite drunken, which means I'm probably going to hate the lineart tomorrow.
Done with wooden colours as usual.

Nope, I just heard about them, but I have a fic on FF.net that has a TIIINY bit of adult content in there and I'm gunna be pissed if they try and rip it down cuz of that. Plus, this is kinda why fics are rated M if they have adult content. In my opinion this new group should just go **** themselves.
This also sucks for me cuz if they spread their disgusting presence over to here then my 100 challenge is screwed (I'm thinking of making a few chapters mature content *winks* Think it's a good idea?)

I wouldn't be worried if I was you. The M rating is there just for the fics like yours. It's the MA rated fics that interest them. MA fics aren't allowed on FF.net, so they shouldn't be there. The rating MA is meant for fics that include things like rape, exclipit and long PWPs, but also highly detailed torture and physical abuse. I don't think I've ever seen anything MA in FF.net. There's always AFF.net for MA rated fics.
Also your grammar seems to be just fine, so I don't think that's anything that would catch their attention. If the group is anything I imagine(yes I've taken look at their website and forums) they go after those really bad cases. Also your fic is a fic and not a Q&A, interactive, script fic or something other annoying like that which also happens to violate the TOS on FF.net too.
If your fic is under the TOS you don't have to worry. They are only interested in the TOS breaking ones. I find the TOS breakers very annoying 99% of the time, because the site is filled with Q&A and the admins do nothing even though I report them over and over. The same goes for the fics that have such a bad grammar that it's a real pain to read them. Though with Transformers it's really difficult to break the TOS anyway what it comes to the rating at least.
I would definitely put the rating high enough just in case, because that way you at least have high enough rating. Nobody can complain about the fic if the rating is high enough, because they obviously have been warned. But it's a really nasty bomb for those who don't want to read anything too pronzy and suddenly in a T rated fic there's a smut scene XD

You kidding me/ These guys are worse than I thought. But if they take down Losing Control by Optimus Bob on FF.net I think I'm going to go kill someone. Preferably the leader of the prudes (what I'm dubbing them now)
That fic kinda has a few rape scenes and sex scenes in it but they're always kinda short and the plot of the fic is just too amazing not to '******* WOW!' at. If they take it down I will literally kill someone.

Well what can I say? The rules are the same for everyone. It's everyone's right and I would even say duty to report content that violates the TOS. Besides I think Optimus Bob posts on LJ anyway:there even MA is allowed. 
Just to brighten up memory this is what FF.net's M allows to have: "Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes. " Does her fic fall under this? What about yours?
Also FF.net's list of things that are not allowed: "
1. Non-stories: lists, bloopers, polls, previews, challenges, author notes, and etc.
2. One or two liners.
3. MST: comments inserted in between the flow of a copied story.
4. Stories with non-historical and non-fictional characters: actors, musicians, and etc.
5. Any form of interactive entry: choose your adventure, second person/you based, Q&As, and etc.
6. Chat/script format and keyboard dialogue based entries. "

No idea *sweatdrops* There are a few sex/rape scenes but they're pretty short.

Well I would say you're safe. I don't think they have the resources nor time or interest to report your story.
