We are living in the city as well, but dirty soles after a walk is no problem for me and my wife, we just wash them when we are back home.

No, this is what is everyboady expecting, but in the reality itΒ΄s not true at all. You have to start slowly, first days not more than 1-3 km a day. After 2 or 3 months your shin will get use to it and then no blisters or anything like that. As you can see on my galery, my wifeΒ΄s feet are pure barefooter and not looking dry or cracky.

Sometimes they are really looking on us really silly, but we donΒ΄t care because we do it for our health. I have really flat soles and thatΒ΄s reason wh IΒ΄m barefooter for about 5 years.
