The picture idea may have been stolen, but not the message on the picture. This one is for "sexual health", while the other is to stop potential smokers before they start.

Maybe you can send it over to some rock or edgy artistic magazine for some CSR promotion.. Dunno if its possible or if it makes sense,, but these are the only people from the top of my head who may want to engender some good habits yet be okay with the crudeness and all... NGOs wouldn't really pick it up and I don't know what the limitations of artistic freedom in india is like...
But I think it serves its purpose because it definitely caught my attention (even though I don't smoke)
