Grazie Phil.

this one is so amazing.
Im curious about which camera you have used, and objective.
And what you did with it in photoshop?
I'll be very happy if you answer

All the SF architectural series was taken with a Canon G6, at its basic focal (equiv. 35 mm). RAW developed in TIFF in Rawshooter and TIFF processed in Corel Photopaint 12 (didn't use PS at the time).

Sublime!
Did you use flash at all to light up part of the building that is immediately above you? The range of tones is very well controlled.

thank you so much. I used the flash, yes... even if the tones are all 'modulated' in manual retouch.

this is an amazing composition! i also like how the closer geometry is cool-toned and seems to recede in the photo, while the farther building is a brighter, warmer color and comes forward when u look at it from afar. it's like a little mind trick! very nifty.

well it's obviously all about contrasts... shadows-light, lines, transparence-solid objects.
thanks a lot great comment.

Never could get to the end of these comments - but you've hard nearly 4000 views! Wow, congratulations on a truly grand, wonderfully balanced and coloured photo! To me, very fractalesque! Fave!

Yes as a fact every DD sort of 'hits a target'... this one attracted, besides photographers, many sci-fi fans, illustrators, cartoonists. I realize that the whole SF series in on that side -the Canon G6 helped a lot on that with its very peculiar ability to capture light and colors.
Thanks again very much appreciated.

The photo is so crisp ... the angle is so awesome, the lighting is different from other shots I've seen ... and even the colour which have this weird matrix feel to it is awesome. Great work, keep it up.
