Well, I just used GIMP xD I used the lasso tool and did the third option and did some random spazzy stuff which I don't know (Dx) and then I used the second option for his stripes... Then right clicked to colorize. IDK
It's hard to explain x[
I might be able to do a join.me or something, but we live like in a 9-11 hour difference Dx
