I see it's awful...I was trying to catch a little action and never changed it back! I was actually trying to see if I could figure out how to reduce the noise in photoshop...it might help.

I use Neat Image for noise reduction, it works pretty well IMO. You could try to get some of the noise out, but im afraid the image will lose what little detail it has in doing so.
