Epic design, nice environment! I like feathered dragonlike creatures, not very common! The use of light is exceptional, I only feel that bridge being a bit out of place, too long for its distance and architecture, and its left seems to end in a void (as if leading onto a peninsula on the lake, too defined compared to the surroundings, suggesting it is nearer). Otherwise all amazing!

The mix of yellow and pink in the leaves up front is beautiful, and I really, really like the bird/dragon's wing design

Oh wow, great job. I love the surroundings, they look really well-balanced with the characters as far as level of detail goes. Not too detailed, but not too little detailed. It draws the attention towards the dragon in the center. The fact that you went through a lot of trouble to actually paint the same kind of dragon flying away in the background is awesome. I'm not as convinced by the female on the right though, she just feels too simple in comparison. No feet, and very thick strokes for her hair, and, although it could just be the pose, a bit thin. As a minor note, I think the dragon in the front could have had a little 'blur' around the wings, to get the feeling of flight in him, he (or she?) is a bit static right now. Someone else mentioned the architecture of the castle in the background, I think you can get away with that, some kind of magical race built it I guess. Oh and apart from all this, this work is AWESOME.
I tried to be as harsh as was fair, because you submitted this to the critique requested folder. I hope I've been to some use.
