Inspiered by an artist that has been my idol for a long time. kankakankaShe moved to another account Grassius
Now she has pretty much left, and deleted almost everything of her drawings

isn't a hippocampus sort of like a kelpie or some sort of related water horse?

It is a being known for being part fish part horse, though the horse is more often the waist up and fish waist down with fins here and there. Kelpies are odd water like horses that are known to eat people. [link]
