I like how different this looks from normal HTTYD fanart! The style is just amazing and I love how Toothless is not overly aggressive then again he's not trying to be overly cute, in other words the expression is just perfect! You did a great job at distancing Hiccup; The background and details are amazing having the shading not to dark nor to light...showing the viewer they are in a jungle/forest but, that it could be around the middle of day since it's not early moring or anywhere close to midnight/nighttime. I like your style, this is a great drawing...keep up the good work, it could get you somewhere someday!
