I really like doing some modern AU things once in a while and I've had this particular image in my head for quite some time. So we all know the horrible relationship Caterina had with her first husband so I just imagine in a modern setting, she's in college and he breaks up with her over text cause he's that much of a scumbag and a coward.
And it would be the night before her finals of course.
I also don't think I ever brought this up before but our lovely lady here is actually quite the artist and is in college trying to become an art teacher~ She's apparently an apple girl too XD
So this was more practice with some simple backgrounds, watercolor effects and lighting
