Well sh*t.
So with that set aside we can all be happy that there's at least a new page now and I hope this one was worth the wait. :3
I still don't wanna say exactly what's going on but I'm sure some of you can already see what's happening and if you can't well, you're just going to have to wait even longer! Mwahaha
I like this page though. It feels "full" and I think there's some good variety with the poses and background so I'm happy~ I know it's not perfect but I think it's better than how I used to draw~

well, who knows, maybe he just said that to make Clement curious and actually lure him out to the woods? I doubt it, but it is also a possibility

either way, I really enjoyed this page. It has great dialogue and poses and I really like their facial expressions.

It is a very cool page! It can be difficult to make a page with a lot of dialogues look interesting, fresh and dynamic, but you certainly did it! I like different poses and angles, especially the first panel, on which Clement cleans out his ear, after his friend's yelling at him : - ) It was a nice touch : - ) I also like that silhouette of the tree on the second panel's background! It looks so cool and real! The shading is great!

That's a cool way to think about it! I actually thought about intertwining Black Rose with Victor and all of them so that's so fun that I may have done it and not even realized it~ Wow that could be so fun!

Oh, don't you worry about taking some days more for this page. I mean just look at me...no updates since almost a year now. >.<
Hm, to be honest. I don't have any idea what Simon is talking about. So I wouldn't call it obvious. The only thing I can think of is that he knows something and wants to keep Clement out of it. Maybe Simon found out that something is about to happen in the woods on this exact day. And maybe it has something to do with Clement or Clement's family, which is why Simon ran off to tell Clement to not go into the woods. In order to convince him, Simon told him these horror stories.
Doing a lot of speculation here, but here's my theory: maybe a group or people, that includes someone in relation to Simon, plans to kidnap Clement so they can blackmail his parents (Clement is from the high class after all). They set a trap in the woods and told Simon to lure Clement into it, but Simon wants to save his friend and therefore tells him some horror stories, that have been told around the area, to make sure Clement stays away from the woods. And Simon doesn't tell the truth because otherwise his relative would probably get executed (taking the time period in consideration).
Then again this backstory is about Clement's confrontation with something paranormal....so I have no idea what I am talking here. XD I honestly can't think if another reason for Simon to keep secrets. Yet again, he just entered the story, so it's hard to judge him.

I've had a similar issue in the past and it did eventually fix itself but it was still weird. Like I would post a comment and then it wouldn't show up so I would press the button a few more times and then it would suddenly repost my comment like 10 times. -_-

I will say.
You've got a really good idea but unfortunately this time it's not correct aside from when you said Simon is trying to save Clement. You've got that part right!
And the stories that Simon did tell Clement really did happen but because Clement is so young, he didn't pay attention to them when the adults would be talking about them.
Like I said though! That is such a cool idea and really realistic too~ I'd say you should hang on to that one to use in WestWind one day~
And don't say you don't know what you're talking about! Your theories are always such a joy to read and really brighten up my day!
I will tell you that there is really something in the woods killing people in horrific ways and Simon know what it is.

Yeah, I had that, too. But that one is still understandable.
This time I posted a comment (at least I think I did), it got sent and then my phone turned itself off because of low energy. When I checked like half an hour later, I noticed that the comment was gone. O.o And that's pretty unusual. Or maybe I didn't send it. Maybe I got distracted after copying it to put it through a translator (which I do often before adding a comment) and forgot that I still have to send it. I'm a bit confused lately...
Not that much of a good reason. I could have fixed my pc earlier. I just never got to it and I was wondering if I should buy a new one. Well, at least I changed the cmos battery now. Was about time. XD

I wasn't saying that I believe the stories were lies, but I suggested that Simon was using them as an opportunity to tell Clement to stay away from the woods. I probably should have made that clear.
Haha, well I already have so much evil empire action going on in 'Westwind' that I don't know where a kidnapping scene should happen. And there also no kids from high class. XD
Oh, sounds interesting. I wonder what it is and why Simon knows about it. No need to hope for, I'm definitely excited to find out.^^
