Description
So those 10 facts I did about Clement and Adelais inspired me to do this.If you read the facts then you will know that white roses are a HUGE part of their relationship, from how they met to their wedding and everything in between and to this day. White roses are their thing!
Kinda funny how Clement and Adelais have white roses and then their daughter becomes the black rose. Funny that huh?
But I tried a bunch of new things from a new blending brush, some tweaking with the coloring and the line art.
I had so much fun working on this one and I hope you guys like it too!

This was their first kiss and I know it's a little cliche but I couldn't help myself, okay??
The song that also helped inspire me is 'Ghost of a Rose' by Blackmore's Night
Clement and Adelais are my characters and belong to my comic, Black Rose and may not be used without my permission

and that is like a ying yang thing going on with the roses which is so adorable!! in a way.Β

I think they both look pretty young in that picture... is that one of the present comic time or from when they met?
the white roses and Adelais and Clement give a nice contrast between front and background too, that's got a really neat effect as it draws the attention to the centre of the drawing ^^

Yep! Adelais is 17 here and Clement is 18. So a little younger. Lol!
This was when they first met! Well, not the first day, but a day before their wedding.

For real! By now I am reading "Black Rose" like a real manga - I am curious how it is going to continue and I am happy to see when there is new stuff.
Just please, never break this up. I know that this is very unlikely now, because you're already working on "Black Rose" for many years, but still- I saw many artist breaking up their comics and every time it was just sad and I am still wondering, how these stories would have ended...
