Okay, so It's pretty much no secret anymore that I'm planning a sequel and I've decided to draw a legit cover for it as a teaser and I tried to hide some things in here for fun and to see what you guys can spot
I hid one huge detail in here that I mentioned in a previous page in a comment
Also, this wouldn't fit in the scanner so I used my phone. ;_; I have a galaxy so it's got a super nice camera at least. XD Probably cause it's still new lol. Plus, I went with traditional coloring cause I got a new sketchbook I really like AND I wanted to work with my markers more. But I like the way it came out~
You may or may not be able to piece together what happens but I'm not gonna give too much away here.
I will name the characters though- (These names are subject to change, just sayin)
In the middle is William
On the middle right is Yvonne
On the middle left is Mary
And on the top right is Genevieve.
I think you guys can pick out the others. XD
So I'm not going to give a super detailed plot but I will say it's going to be a lot more action oriented. There's still going to be a lot of dialog too but that's just cause I have a thing for character development and Dark Nic is going to be involved so expect violence...Again.
And I think I've decided the name "Inheritance" Is a pretty good title for the next park

Wow! That is an impressive cover page! I love the beautiful, vibrant colours and the composition! There are so many new characters! And each one of them is so well-drawn! Of course, I especially like how you drew two Nickys : - ) I think it is an interesting idea that they look at opposite directions on this picture as well, and Dark Nicky's smile is so meaningful : - ) So, she will not be fully defeated after all and will make a return in the sequel... that sounds intriguing : - )

Okay, where to start. I think I'll go with the characters first. The one with the back turned is Nicolette and Dark Nic is obviously the creepy thing in the corner.
The new characters are really difficult, especially because, with the exception of Charlotte and Desiree, we don't really have couples in 'Black Rose'. So I have no idea what for example Nic's husband is gonna look like. So I have to do a lot of speculation here:
William might be Nic's son. He looks similar to Desiree, but I think he is gonna be the protagonist since he is standing in the middle. And Nic's kid being the protagonist makes just more sense.
Yvonne and Mary are really difficult. They both look a bit like Adelais and Charline, mainly because of their facial expressions. It confuses me that Mary is blond, because that is a very Dubois feature, so I first thought, that maybe Adelais and Clement have another kid (that would not be impossible but it's unlikely, since, if I remember correctly, they didn't want more children since the twins almost died after their early birth). She has freckles which may be a random thing, but I'm just gonna assume that it's a genetic thing. The only characters with freckles in 'Black Rose' were Maeve and Renee. So my best guess is that she is Charline's daughter. Her face looks a lot like Charline and if Charline's husband is blond then it would work (and the freckles were inherited from her grandmother).
Yvonne shares features with Adelais, so I say that she is either Desiree's or Nic's kid. I really can't say for sure. Could be another child of Charline too, now that I think of it...
Genevieve is most likely the daughter of Desiree and Charlotte. She got the birthmark from her father and the hair colour and face from her mother.
And who knows, Angelina might have a child in the sequel too. :3 I'm not good at this...
So, you said something of a huge detail hidden here, that already was mentioned earlier, the title is 'Inheritance' and I recall giving you once an inspiration when I made a theory about a blood curse.
The detail in question, I'm gonna guess, is the necklace Dark Nic wears here. Not only did you say once that the necklace is kind of the reason that the story of the sequel happens, but this is also the first time I see Dark Nic wearing it. Usually she doesn't wear anything around her neck. I can't really see the connection here yet, but I'm sure it will make sense later.
My theory is, that Dark Nic will return, but this time Nic's son William will meet her. And that's gonna lead to some drama, I'm sure.
No idea how the other character will play into this, but I'm certain you've got something planned out here.^^

That's true but there is also Julian who's in love with Charline but we haven't gotten too far into their relationship yet.
William is Nicolette's son, you are right there and the story is going to be centered around him primarily.
So about Yvonne and Mary.
You actually saying that Yvonne looks a lot like Adelais was exactly my intention because Yvonne is Nicolette's daughter and one of her most striking features is how much she looks like her grandmother.
And about Mary. It's really cool that you mention her blonde hair because that is a prominent feature of a lot of the Dubois family. Mostly in the boys but still, it's there.
And Adelais and Clement DID want more kids but it was just something that didn't end up happening unfortunately but that's a really good theory!
Mary actually runs an inn with her family and William and Yvonne become close to her as Mary ends up helping them out a lot. (Again this could also change but this is what my current idea is lol)
Funny that you brought up Mary's freckles though because that is a really, really good theory I'm not even gonna lie~ 
And as for little Genevieve, she is also Nicolette's daughter. Her youngest actually but she did get both her mother and uncle's signature birthmark. ^_^ (So half of the characters here belong to Nicolette
Oh Angelina will end up having kids but she probably won't make an actual appearance but she'll probably be mentioned at least.
I love how you mentioned everyone's family though! Most of the kids aren't going to have a huge role as everyone ended up going their separate ways and started living their own lives but I'm still going to have some show up for sure

You would be correct! The necklace is the biggest hint here and I can say one more thing about it. While Dark Nic doesn't usually wear anything around her neck, in this case it's not really a choice because if you notice, it's almost like it's fused with her neck and a part of her.
I've got a pretty good amount planned yes~ Some things may still change but I'm not going in blind like I did when I first made Black Rose. I have a good idea of what I want to happen and while I still go with the flow for the most part, I have a solid direction of where to go this time lol XD

Yeah, I remember Julian's crush. I just didn't include him because at this point I can't say for sure if he ends up with Charline, since she doesn't seem to be that interested. I am however certain that Desiree and Charlotte get together eventually.

Good that I spotted that too. She really looks a lot like Adelais and that is a really cool thing considering that she's Adelais' granddaughter.
Ah okay. I already thought to myself earlier 'What if one of them is not related someone in 'Black Rose?'. So that was actually true then.
Maeve only appeared in some old drawings of yours but I still remember her (I had to look up her name though).
Oh, so Nic has three children. Somehow this makes me more excited to get to know who her husband is.
Well, that only makes sense. Some of these characters only meet briefly in 'Black Rose' so obviously they are not going to hang out together in the future. Like I doubt that Nic is gonna have much contact to Angelina, not only because they don't like each other but also because they only know each other because of their fathers. If they grow up and no longer live with their parents then they won't meet each other again.
Not gonna lie, I'm a bit proud of myself for spotting that detail. Hm, I wonder why the necklace is so important and why it's a part of Dark Nic in the future. My theory for now is, that Nic 'defeats' her alter ego with it in some way. Or maybe I just think that because I saw a movie recently where something similar like this happened. Oh well...
That's good. Planning out things helps with the creation. Because I know that having something not planned out enough can often create trouble and you end up thinking back and forth on how to continue your story now...a lot of people put their stories to an end because of this.

I am already guessing that William is Nicolette's kid and Yvonne Desiree and Mary is Charline right if Charlotte married Desiree~? That is my guess~ I'll still accept if I am wrong~

He still be a sweet tall bean dou<3 And Myra would love seeing the children again though Dark Nic and Myra might not be so inclined lol. He would hes not as shy and skiddish as he used to be, still kinda shy but, not like "Run and hide" shy anymore lol! Plus, he may be with Evaline at that point he gets to tell Desiree about his lovely lady~XD

No its all good its ok. Me and sam are just dying to see you again and we weren't sure when you be on again! I am not sure if you mean today(Tomorrow) or, Tomorrow(Tomorrow)XD Either way Ill be on tonight and tomorrow it just Ill be on late if its LITTERALY tomorrow snice I work and don't get off till around 9ish. If we can't meet up this week its all good though I will let you know beforehand that sam's coming down to visit me soon so, he won't have a separate computer so, we might be busy here during this next month.(July) Its not easy for us to maintain a distance relationship but, we make it work so, I hope you understand that we may not be around a lot that month cause we want to spend time togather<3 We were all trying to get togather before he came down but, that may not happen but, hey thiers always the month after July lol! He be surprised how much Desiree had changed but, hey Desiree would be surprised to see how much taller, braver and adventurous Volker became when he grew up compared to that kid who fled and hide behind Myra! So they both get to see the changes the other made. Lol well, naturaly~! Just a confident sweet bean~! He's changed but, he's still the sweet kiddo they would remember~! Lol their going to be surprised by his wife lol utter contrast to him lol. Dude he be excited and he would ask them all about it, to be fair so would MyraXD Oh god when they see her and how much she changed! Adorbs~!
