Clashes with school admin and mall security eventually bloomed into a young woman eager to punch the world in the mouth to bring about a better future. When the organized protests broke out in her city, a young Priyanka was there, loving every minute of it, right until her arrest. Her parents were mortified, and Priyanka found another compromise by agreeing to study math at one of the most prestigious public schools in the nation, 1000 miles away from home, eager for the day she'll be truly self-sufficient and no longer beholden to her parents' ideas of their pocketbook.
