as a very young dog, oakley doesn't know a whole lot about the world, so his parents sent him off to be a boy scout so he can learn a lot while theyre on business trips n junk. oakley is very adventurous and tends to wander off a lot, which makes him get into a lot of trouble. he is very creative and has a big imagination. he likes nature, bugs, n games (excluding video games)
