1. My name is Mari and I am from District 11.
2. My favorite character would have to be Katniss and Rue because they are brave and wise and SNEAKY! I am just like the both of them. I climb trees and own a bow.
3. My least favorite is President Snow. He's evil and smelly.
4. WHAT? ME? IN THE HUNGER GAMES? I'M ONLY 12! My strategies are to team up with the kids from 12, (if they're still alive after the bloodbath) and to use my bow and climb trees.
5. Finnick is wierd, but I like the district he's from.
6. I am Team Gale.
7. Effie Trinket would have a pink afro, lots of white makeup, and then some purple lipstick along with a purple and pink dress. Oh and really high high heels!
8. Katniss would be trying to hit Peeta in the face while Haymitch is pulling her away. She's yelling "LET'S START THESE GAMES RIGHT NOW!" Oh, and Effie Trinket would be saying, "Manners!"
9. I think in Mockingjay, Katniss and Peeta will be together, [link] and Gale will be jealous. Sucks to be him.
10. The mockingjay would be white, with long wings and it would be singing "Deep In The Meadow."
11. I'd rather just kill one of them to get sponsors.
12. I do have one more thing.

Download it and color on a layer above it in a program like Photoshop or SAI or you could download it, print it, color/draw on it, and scan it into your computer (or take photos) and piece it together there.
Or alternatively you could draw/color things out on a piece of paper, scan them in, cut them out in a free program like GIMP and then paste those cut-outs of your art onto the downloaded meme.
