You save it to your computer and open in in a graphics program (anything from Paint to GIMP to Photoshop), draw on it, and save it again. It's just like opening any graphic in a editing program--you can draw on it. Then you upload your newly saved, edited version. You can download Photoshop for free from a lot of torrent sites but of course you should NOT because that is pirating, I am simply telling you so that you can be one of those people proud to NOT pirate because obviously I would NEVER pirate or EVER suggest that anyone pirate a $800.00 graphics program that is totally and absolutely worth EVERY single penny that could go toward feeding your family or paying your rent or helping staving children in Haiti... So don't pirate, even though you easily can by searching for photoshop torrent on Google. (This is what we call a disclaimer.)

you can google gimp and you should find the drawing program pick the one that works for your computers standards and download then have fun drawing!

Beep! You can right click on the drawing and click "save to downloads" then go to your drawing software and press "file". Then click on "open". From there, find the file and click on it. That should open it. Once you've opened it, you have to zoom in until it's a suitable size for you to work on it(no particular size, just however large you want it). Then you just draw in the spaces and can scroll up and down to move them and shoop. Once you've finished, just save and upload and Bob's your uncle!
