Description
A reference sheet of my character, Rune Ozul, 'Ozul' meaning 'shadow'. It's been a while since I could take time and draw something personal, so I had a lot of fun designing and colouring this guy.Yeah, he's a demon. Cliche, I know. But heck, I adore them. Plus, the inspiration I got from an event in class was pretty stuck in my mind.
Rune is a demon who is drawn to and feeds on strong negative emotions. Fear, sadness, pain, heartbreak and such. He appears before his victims with a promise to solve their problems, and when they are convinced and trust him, he consumes their emotions, leaving them an emotionless husk of who they once were.Β
"Feelings are troublesome, aren't they? Don't worry. I'm here to help you."

Cool design but I think you should use more crispy looking shades and not those soft shades all over the place because it looks like it doesn't have any real shades at all (as I see it, it looks more like dirt to me than shades) But that's only my opinion. Hope that helps if you are struggling with shades
