Not everyone can afford medical help. There are people that are poor or without health insurance, or an unfortunate mixture of both.
Also, some families and cultures have a higher stigma against mental health issues than others and may not allow their dependent children to seek help (or someone may hide their issues from a parent they know wouldn't be accepting).
You can only get so far with free online resources. If you require meds or a therapist and do not have the money or ability to get meds or a therapist-- then what?Β
Finding a label to explain what you're feeling is a free, easy way to for someone to help themself when there are no other ways to do so. It's a small thing, but it helps.
