Such simplicity, done very well
It's interesting how in the UK that breakfast is often a very different meal to lunch and dinner (cereal, toast, etc) and other cultures have lunch-like things for breakfast. I just find it strange to have salad for breakfast (except on holiday where that's perfectly fine!)

well, I made it for breakfast because I wanted to eat some salad/ vegetables but tradicionaly we also usualy eat some cereals, toasts, scrumbled eggs for breakfast
