... I haven't never seen such a pic for about 40 years - in the 60s we had calendars and postcards typically like this one, lol ...

such cool birds! i like how you got it tilting it's head, it's just like "what". also how the background is so blurry that you can't make it out, so it just seems really deep. just reminds me of rainforests..*drifts off into rainforest land*

Lovely photograph of the bird, but I think that this image needs to be cropped differently so that the bird is not so isolated in the image.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sunquai In reply to phierrie [2007-01-28 05:57:27 +0000 UTC]

mm i actually took it differently but there was a tai lof another bird in the top left so i had to crop it smaller.

sunquai In reply to Cjdjncs [2007-01-25 02:26:35 +0000 UTC]

well i must say i found this one easy. On the same day I did capture a couple of native australian finches doing a mating dance as well, that also turned out ok. Unfortunately i was also given a chance to take a photo of them beak to beak and it was UNFOCUSED!!!! that drove me insane it would have been one of the best photos ever.
