They say there is an artefact of great power in the center of The ZONE. It's supposed to protect the holder from all Psi-radiation but there is a catch. During the emission the artifact drastically changes and starts pumping the holder with enormous amounts of psi-radiation. If someone is smart enough they know, that putting the artifact away for a while, and using it in it's primary function can greatly improve their survival in The ZONE. I need it for some other purposes however. A dealer from outside who works with the scientists wants to study it. For what reasons I don't know, didn't care.
