Description My first commissioned 'New Vegas' version Pip-boy, and I have to say, I rather like them in sun-burnt tan/brown/rust. As always these are made on commission with plenty of room for custom work/colors, so if you've always wanted your very own durable physical piece of Vault-Tec history, either send me a note here or contact me at sunsetsworkshop@gmail.comΒ

pretty fraking awesome. love the overbuild and the paint job/weathering is great. the light and dirt really put this one over the top. excellent work!

It works in the sense that it is a cosplay prop. I've made a few that have smartphones inside of them [for that 'full working feel'] and yet they never look as good as something purpose built. This screen does not animate/do anything save look fantastic. I used an old prop makers technique not really seen since the motion tracker in ALIENS to mimic the CRT which is cannon for the Fallout universe. I've been tinkering off and on with a good sized touchscreen LED screen and a raspberry pI for the interface. I've not completed that yet, so no idea how that'll end up looking.Β

Yes I did, from filament spool to finished piece, everything was done by myself.
