I at least wanted to submit a 'proper' colored deviation before January ends, but I ended up rushing one and sacrificed quality T___TAnyway, I seem to have gotten faster at drawing.
And I found out some Photoshop tricks that also aids in my coloring 
Oh and this is an underdeveloped OC, Sesa (derived from Prinsesa, meaning Princess). She's a ... not really a prefect but more appropriately she's part of the Student Council in a still unnamed school. And no, she won't be wearing that costume all the time.

sorry for the wrong spelling...man, the ipad is quite a pain sometimes... the auto correct thing...tsk... anyway, no problem... even i too wanted to be better with the colors... sometimes i'm just amazed of how can i do such a thing so wonderful? hahahaha....
