In an episode of "Six Minus Six" Six loses his memory and he remembers the time where he has not met with Rex and because of that he does not trust Rex and wants to kill him from what he is E.V.O. But Rex tells him about Six whom he knew and he does not want to lose him, and despite the fact that Six lost his memory, Rex will always trust Six
