Another quick (stupid) question, can you use vectors with graphics, instead of AS generated lines and points.

I can only open this in another tab. It won't download to my computer correctly. When I open it, it runs like an animation, flashing through the frames. What am I doing wrong?

You probably only have flash standalone player 8 or below, you need flash CS3 standalone player to run the .swf that way, or you can just open it in your web browser

You're right. I have Macromedia Studio 8 (no, not just the player) But there's only an 'update' for 8 to 9 online & I've had enough problems with downloading stuff. Yes, I can see it by opening it with either IE or Firefox. The game is cool & all, but you are probably going to encounter compatibility problems with older browsers(which is 90% of internet audience) unless you fix that in Flash.
But, you still amaze me with your AS! Way cool, as usual!

I have Macromedia Studio 8. Everything prior to your getting CS3 plays with my Flash 8 player that was a part of Studio 8 not the browsers (unless I told the swf file to open in a browser).
If what you said was true then a whole lot of people are not going to be able to see your stuff. This was info from my Flash & Web Design classes. New versions and compatability issues with older OS & browsers.

what do you mean? your only supposed to play it on the browser, and you need flash player 9 - you can only get flash standalone player 9 by having flash CS3 installed

Also, they are already having ALL kinds of updates for CS3 because of all of its bugs. You may want to check that out.
I NEVER get a new version until it's been out for at least 6 months. I refused to load the IE 7 until I was more assured of it's stability.

Me? I lock up my computer ALL the time. Of course running 3 graphic programs, internet, music & usually something else would push any computer to it's limit. LOL! I need a computer that they don't make yet.
And BTW, where's the flying cars they promised.

???? They don't make computers that can keep up with humans really. I've had some projects where I've used PS, Illus., Flash & eventually Dreamweaver, (at least 2 simultaneously) while listening to music & chatting. Of course my computer gives me the finger.
As to the flying car- 'they' promised us spaceships...we got 'em---'they' promised us computers...we got 'em---'they' said we'd have flying cars.

Mines only a year old, (Gateway GT5034; AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4200+; 2.20 GHz. 1.87 GB of RAM.) So it shouldn't but it does lock up. It's been a couple weeks since it locked up but now the video card is acting funky. Oh well. I think I got a time-released lemon.

No, no, no! Not with a 3 year warranty & this is the 3rd time in been in within 6 months. My boyfriend took it back today. He told the lady tech at the store what was going on & as soon as she turned it on using their monitor - NO RED!

The only problem I had was I can't delete constraints. This may or may not be Mac related...

-Repulsive magnets (or are the already there?)
-The ability to set the weight of a ragdoll.

AHHH? Flash CS3 PO's me. I can absolutely not figure out how to add action script to buttons! Can you give me any ideas?

You cant add action script to buttons anymore, you have to give them an instance name, then in the frame put somthing like...
myButton.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK,function(event:MouseEvent){ CODE HERE })
