Is there something that automatically straightens your lines in photoshop or something?

Straightens? Not really...it's taken a while of drawing to keep it fairly clean, even though I do mess up in a few places here and there

Well, I have the brush tool set to the sharpest setting, and work with a fairly large image. That way, when I downsize it, it's more crisp and clean
