Well I guess both can either win based upon events. If they know each other pretty well they'd be able to counter each other's attacks. Let say Sonic doesn't know Goku and doesn't have a chaos emerald with him. Goku could hakai him and he'd be gone. Let say he knew Goku and had an emerald. He'd know Goku could hakai and stops time or something. He could defeat Goku while time is stopped. Or Goku knows about chaos emeralds and doesn't let him use it. Something like that.
