Description First time spriting in this style but I'm satisfied with the result. I decided to sprite Tutankoopa from Paper Mario and perhaps I'll add Chompy later. Advice and criticism is greatly appreciated!

Edit I: Made changes thanks to and also added Chompy, which is merely just an edit of a Chain Chawful.

This is pretty decent for a first shot! Here's my critique, though:
Use the original Koopa Troopa palette for yellow. Find a new pink palette, Peach's looks bad especially the darker colors on this sprite. The blue should be more vibrant and less purple.
It would look a lot better if you made him an odd number of pixel wide. This way you can fix the Chomp's teeth and make his beak pointier.
The Chomp's eyes are strange, and he looks cross-eyed.
He's missing his blue collar around his neck (not very visible, but it should still be there) and you should try reworking the shading on his body and sleeves.
Also, this is optional, but I think he'd look better if you defined his toes and made his fists more visible (I know he has oval feet in Paper Mario, but Koopas have toes in any other game, so I think it looks much better with toes in other styles.)

Looking really nice! I already sprited in MLBIS style. It's a hard style to master, good luck with it!

Thanks It seems a bit hard at first (took me bout 3 hours to do this guy) but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.
