okay this was super fun to paint wowcaesar clown, probably my second favourite op villain! or not idk i love them all so much

Personally i think Oda has done a pretty good job with Caesar. The guy is extremely dangerous, and not only because of his powers. He is an effective antagonist who doesn't need to rely on brute force but on real evil means, like criminal networks and mass murdering weapons. It would seem that his role in the series has mostly ended, but i really hope we get to see more of him.
As for Caesar joining the crew... no f***ing way. It would be interesting, but given that he is, in essence, an unrepentant mass murderer, extremely selfish and hated by all the crewmembers... yeah, i don't see it happening

Yeah, I've had a couple conversations about it, and the people I talked with said that he'll never join just because he's the antagonist, so I brought up Robin during Baroque Works. I actually would love to see Caesar join them.
