I started watching jojo’s Bizarre Adventure aaaaaand just had to make a stand (And stand user)

I put her (and her friends) near Sendai (the town Morioh is based off of) a couple years before the events of part four happen; around 1995 or 1996 I'd say. ^^
Her friend Sarah is there attending an art school and her parents didn't want her to go alone so Marie came with her.
And thanks! I'm all about going fast and think it fits the song I based her on pretty well too. ^^

Why thank you! I've actually changed it up a bit though. ^^
here's what I have written down-
"[FreezeFrame] Is able to move at incredible speeds, often being able to deliver several harsh blows before the opponent even realizes she's moved. Also good at dodging or blocking attacks. Uses her speed to create after images and a disorienting sound to confuse or distract her opponent."
She moves fast enough to make it look as if she's teleported.
So basically, she goes Nyoom

It's ability is to...move fast? Something most stands can just do inherently?

Well that's only part of it, That's the easiest ability to use and is really useful, but she's also able to use that speed to create different types of illusions both auditory and visual.
As well as the stand user being able to use this ability herself by merging with her stand like you see in the manga and show on occasion.
That's not really described here though. :U
I actually updated both the user and the stand a while ago but haven't had the chance to finish the art and upload it. ;w;

Well I was thinking about that actually!
I had another idea like this
"Well I have a couple ideas, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go with "Pin Pon" which is basically one of the Japanese onomatopoeias for a bell ringing. Since she doesnt attack with a flurry of punches but instead uses her speed to appear behind enemies and surprise them, I think it would be cute. XD
Otherwise I might just have bells chime when ever she appears. There's a very specific chimey magical sound I have in mind actually."
