Description: Chewy was an ordinary chupacabra that was living on the lam of crazy hunters and photographers until he was found one day by the Goony Garbage Gang when he was snooping around in their dump, and from there he became their pet chupacabra ever since. Chewy loves to cause mischief and can shred almost anything with his claws or teeth that sometimes gets him into trouble, and his wild nature can sometimes cause a lot of problems for his owners. However, while he may look wild on the outside, he's a friendly and playful mutt on the inside who's as loyal to his family as a pet dog in real life could be. He likes his family, but his two favorite owners are Trash Creature and Dumpster Creature. They all like giving him treats and walks.
Personality: Loyal, well-trained, sneaky, brave, playful, eager, humble, clumsy, simple, curious, faithful, trusting, silly, dancing, mischievous, dependable, steadfast, affectionate, sometimes impatient, clever (sometimes), comedic, wild, hungry, friendly, sympathetic, sometimes stubborn, ferocious (sometimes), albeit dim-witted, conscious, overprotective, demanding.
Likes: Chewing on things, shredding stuff with his claws, spending time with his family (mostly Trash or Dumpster), helping his family, playing with his family, keeping his family safe from harm, bacon (his favorite), going for walks, jazzy music, bones, meat, eating, treats, and licking the faces of his friends and family.
Dislikes: People judging him or his family by their appearance instead of their character, being accused, Recycle's bossiness (sometimes), anyone messing with him or his family, being labeled as a ferocious animal, nobody listening to him, trespassers, upsetting or disappointing his owners, being tricked or manipulated, baths, being tormented by other animals, being rudely interrupted or awaken, losing one of his family, thievery and villainy, and being taken for granted.

If Chewy met the Loud Pets, how would that happen?

I can imagine that when the Loud pets encounter him, Chewy will act very friendly and innocent; if not curious at first, but then he will all of a sudden get hungry, his predator instincts will come out, and he will chase the Loud pets.
(I’m not sure if Chewy eats other animals like in the Chupacabra legends, does he? 🤔)

Nope. Just only the food meat that his owners feed him.
And here's the thing, Chewy relates to the Garbage Gang as he tries to meet new people or animals, but are horrified by his appearance and nature.

Well, I would imagine this:
Trash: Chewy is obviously closer to him like you said and is probably the only member in the Garbage Gang he listens to, especially when he gets serious with Chewy and orders him around.
Junk: He wouldn’t even care if Chewy makes a big mess because then that means he will get to have fun being messy and playing in whatever’s left from Chewy’s rampage.
Recycle: Chewy never listens to him and ignores Recycle whenever he complains about something.
Newspaper: He often plays and wins at tug of war with Chewy and the latter is always determined to beat Newspaper.
Dumpster: Like Trash, Chewy is closest to Dumpster because out of all the brothers, he knows how to take care of animals the best like Fluttershy.

Even though Chewy gets on Recycle's nerves sometimes, he still cares for him and vice-versa.
