The master of dimensions himself, Universo, who's Count Phantasm's right-hand man because of his powers of warping reality being nearly at the likes of the Collector himself. But unknown to Phantasm himself and everyone else, he has his own agenda to use the Dark Heart as he's secretly manipulating both sides like it was a fourth-dimensional chess game of gaining control of the heart himself to destroy the multiverse itself and create a new one where he rules over all.
