All she has to do to use the transformation magic is picture which creature she or her target would turn into, then she snaps her fingers, then her purple navel jewel would emit a purplish-pink smoke which envelops the target, then the target transforms into the pictured creature. In her default mouse form, Pinky also has super metabolism, which prevents her from getting chubby by eliminating any fat that she gains from eating too much at once.
Bio: Pinky was originally a normal anthro mouse, who worked as an apprentice to a powerful wizard. One day, she messed up something, which made the wizard punish her by transforming her into an immortal genie permanently, then sealing her in a bottle for 1,000 years.
