I forgot to mention, that I think this picture is really cute. It's two of my favorite fandoms, Care Bears and Secret Squirrel combined. Though I like the 1960's Secret Squirrel better than the 1990's version, but that's just me.

Actually, I was gonna ask about that, mostly because half my doodle was 1993 Secret Squirrel but now I don't have to.
Now here's a random question I feel like askin': How do you feel about Secret Bear being female and pink now?

I don't like Care Bear gender bending, and there was only one reason I bought the pink female Secret Bear, and that was because the DVD "she" came with was one of my all time favorite episodes of the Care Bears series ("Grams' Thanksgiving Day"). To me, the male Bears are Tenderheart, Grumpy, Birthday, Bedtime, Good Luck, Secret, and Champ. The female Bears are Funshine, Love-A-Lot, Cheer, Wish, Friend, Share, and Harmony. I'm an old school gal all the way.

Personally, Male!Funshine FTW!, but that's just me and I grew up with that. But Female!Secret... I now understand how the people who still complain over Funshine being a guy since the 2000s feel.

Like I said I grew up with Male Funshine. Yeah, I did also grow up watching the Care Bears Movie 1 and 2 and episodes of the DIC show but like I told someone else, Care Bears and gender has always been weird. Thank goodness for VHS tapes, my family couldn't afford to buy me CB plushies but I could still watch the cartoons
