-He's known for being pretty gentle but still judgemental. He was Spiderstar's mentor, but they didn't get along then. Desertshell was quick to judge Spiderpaw + Desertshell was young and unexperienced, so they didn't click. Desertshell kind off ended up neglecting Spiderpaws training.. Though later, Desertshell began to respect Spidersight, for his sudden improvement in his skills.(+ He felt bad for his youngself's actions) They slowly became closer and then later friends. (Though Desertshell will never be able to become as good friends with Spiderstar as Cricketfrost was)
