Villain name: Jive Turkey The Second
Real name: Hugo Carvalho Oliveiras
Age: 18 in NAORC, 19 in SOTP
Home country: Brazil (Rio de Janeiro).
Birthday: December 3
Powers: Flight, retractable claws (they're sharper than diamonds!!!), and a voice able to blow up anything it touches, when he screams.
Marital status: In a relationship with Alicia Santos, aka. Rockatoo.
Family: Father: Jôao Carvalho (also known as Jive Turkey The First; unknown mother.
Secret dream: He would like to become someone that his ancient tribe, the Bird People, could be proud of.
Theme Song: "To The Sky", by Owl City.

A little backstory:

Hugo and his father are the last members alive of the tribe known as The Bird People. The young Turkey grew in Ataulfo Alves, one of the poorest favelas of Rio. His childhood wasn't easy, since his mother died when he was only four years old, riddled with bullets in a brawl of drug traffickers, and his father was too focused in the drug trade to care about him. He barely could learn how to read, and maths aren't exactly his forth... Instead, he learned the law of the streets, where only the charity services could save him from becoming a thief without heart.

His powers showed up for the first time when he was 6 years old, and that became the key what started to develop the relationship between father and son. Jôao thoroughly trained him, teaching him how to fly, how to use his claws as swords, and ultimately taught him how to use his voice as a weapon. For the rest of his childhood, the young Hugo worshipped his father, dreaming with be coming a famous villain as he was. Still, his reluctance to kill made him weak, and he couldn't help but feel disappointed in himself.

Still, the destiny had something in storage for him. Everything changed when he met Alicia, the girl of his dreams. Rivals at first, their love bloomed in a night of Carnival, and after their first kiss, Hugo knew that he wouldn't be able to love another woman that it wasn't Alicia. With this truth in his heart, Hugo promised her that they would meet again someday.

Being his father a villain who was moving inside the drug blackmarket, Hugo hadn't a problem to join to the Doom Syndicate. His first jobs inside the Syndicate included working as a messenger and donating samples of his DNA to Psycho Delic's experiments.

Only when Alicia joined to the evil group, Psycho started to appreciate the abilities of the bird boy. Watching the confidence between the two rookies, Psycho decided to pair them up as a team for future missions. Even when his reticence to kill reduced him to the "minion" status inside the group, he was happy to share his work with his beloved girlfriend, until the tragedy struck him.

Someone killed his father, without reason to do it.

And now, this young Turkey's voice just cries out for revenge...

Note: To keep the memory of his father alive, Hugo decides to wear one of his father's feathers as earring. He also changed his original belt for this one, which contains a few gadgets...
