It's Mio and Mayu from Fatal Frame 2! Mayu is incredibly annoying so... this idea just came to me....Mayu goes "ooh, butterflies!"until it's time to go home and Mayu want to stay! How can't you mad at this?! And Mio is like "Ooh, Mayu, you can get a BIG trouble later!". Draw with photoshop, and credits belong to.... uh, Tecmo? Whatever...

Well, she certainly got Mio into trouble sometimes... and she's really slow

Well yeah but the slowness is because Mio wouldn't stop to let her catch up and fell down a ravine. And the whole getting Mio into trouble thing was because she was possesed by Sae Kurosawa.
