If I remember right, Labrys actually has a totally justifiable reason for not being in Persona Q - said reason being she's still in her container at the time. Persona Q takes place during the Monsoon for the P3 cast and on the last day of the culture festival for the P4 cast. Yes, it takes place simultaneously on two days roughly 3 years apart, because the Velvet Room is involved. Labrys was still locked up for another 6 months after the end of the P4 route. Sadly, because Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4 Ultimax were both released before Persona Q, neither cast makes reference to having met each other before in them - it might help if their memories become hazy of the events at the end of Persona Q though - I haven't cleared You in Wonderland myself yet.
